Breach of contract: theoretical explanations in according to CESL and CISG

After the Second World War, jurists had a common purpose to create an international commercial codex which was applicable for lots of commercial case, especially in international sale of goods. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (hereinafter: CISG) is the solution in this situation. ‘The purpose of the CISG is to provide a modern, uniform and fair regime for contracts for the international sale of goods. Thus, the CISG contributes significantly to introducing certainty in commercial exchanges and decreasing transaction costs’.
